• Long histories load instantly, and older messages are one click away with Load earlier.

• Opening a chat is noticeably faster.
• While a Fellow settles new memories, a clear progress card shows what's happening.
• When your Fellowship or archive is full, Archive and Restore now explain what to do right there — no page jump.
• The sidebar shows how many archive seats are in use.
• The avatar color palette is now arranged as a gentle gradient.

• Reorder your Fellows with drag & drop — Active and Archived lists each keep their own order.
• Archived Fellows can be opened again: their conversation and memory stay readable, and you can restore them right from the chat.
